13X分子筛

Chemical formula: Na2O·AL2O3·(2.8±0.2)Sio2·(6-7)H2O

Si-al ratio: SiO2/Al2O3≈2.6-3.0

Effective aperture: about 10A

13X molecular sieve is mainly composed of silicoaluminate, forming sodium X molecular sieve with 10A pore diameter, that is, X crystal structure. It is fully capable of adsorbing sieve molecules with critical diameter less than 10A.It is the best desiccant in gas, chemical and air separation industries.All the technical indexes that can be adsorbed on 3A, 4A and 5A molecular sieves can be adsorbed on 13X type.

Main USES:

The drying and purification of industrial gases can also be used as carriers.

Purification of raw gas in air separation unit (simultaneous removal of H2O and CO2).

Desulfurization of liquid hydrocarbons and natural LPG (removal of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan).

Regeneration:

1, remove water: depending on the pressure, temperature, water content.Generally, the drying gas at 200 ~ 350 passes through the molecular sieve bed for 3 ~ 4 hours under the pressure of 0.3 ~ 0.5kg/cm2, and the outlet temperature reaches 110 ~ 180 for cooling.

2. Deorganics: Replace organics with water vapor, and then remove water.

Storage: room temperature, relative humidity not more than 90%;Avoid direct exposure to air;Avoid water, acids and bases.

Packing: in drum.Specific according to customer requirements.

Caution: Avoid direct exposure to air.
